This hero has a lot of missions, they want to come and get their healthy dose of good vibes, pick up some heavy stuff to get ready for their missions and get their heart rate up to practice for when they need to run.

This is for the type of hero who is semi-obsessed about pumping muscle and running from station to station while looking at the clock to see if they beat their previous time. These types of heroes will look at the daily programme and strategize on how they will conquer this mission. This hero will fly in early to the Hero Headquarters and watch the other hero’s complete their mission.

This is for the type of hero who pushes it hard in the Headquarters everyday, except weekends. On weekends they recover their hero muscles to push hard again during the week. These hero’s will come into the Headquarters and they want to pick up all the weights and they will have 3 different sizes of kettlebells next to them (just in case) They sometimes shout during a mission. They might have more than 3 hero kids at home.

This is for the type of hero that, let’s just be honest, are totally obsessed. They will take up any mission, anytime, any day. This hero will come to the Hero Headquarters with 3 types of training shoes, 2 shirts, 3 protein drinks, these heros will come early to stretch, strategise and stay for a shower. They are the type of hero’s that would phone the Headquarters an hour after training demanding what the mission is tomorrow, they want to start tonight with that mission. They. Do. Not. Quit.
